As any wedding photographer would know, its all about how the photograph brings out the true personality of the couple. E-session’s is not just about having pretty pictures and nice outfits, its a chance for the photographer to get to know the couple, and more importantly a chance for a memorable photograph to be captured.
For 2011 I wanted to shoot somewhere special, somewhere that even manila cant give. So while talking with the couple I just randomly asked “why dont we shoot it sa singapore?” haha I can be pretty crazy at times but I love the spontaneity of it. This is my first time going to singapore and I gotta admit its a nice place to shoot. So after booking this and that, months of anticipation finally ended.
We started the day at the Singapore Botanical Garden, a quick visit to orchard road and then ended the epic shoot at marina bay.

I like zambales, its not too far from manila and you get to taste the beach without riding a airplane. When I asked Jem and Stan about taking their prenup shots on the beach, they said “GAME!” at that point you know its going to be fun.
Ah yes, the beach, the sand , the sun… perfect conditions right? Well yes if the weather is in your favor. At first we we’re a bit unlucky, so after a couple of weeks we went back to zambales and even with malfunctioning gear, high tide and sea sickness, that wasn’t going to stop us – IT WAS ALL WORTH IT.
My buddie told me it was one of best engagement shoot we’ve had this year and I totally agree with him, EPIC STUFF.
